Steaks from the hot stone
In our gastronomy we have specialized in delicious steaks from the beef hip, rump steaks and homemade sliced meat from the hot stone. The hot stone heats up to 360°C, so you can enjoy a delicious, hot piece of meat at your table with every bite. We also serve potato side dishes such as crispy fried potatoes, French fries, potato wedges and much more. Of course, the right dips and sauces are also part of the perfect steak!
Daily breakfast
We offer our rich breakfast buffet every day. Here we spoil you with delicious coffee and various specialties such as cappuccino, latte macchiato, espresso and much more. We offer a wide range of teas, from classic black teas such as Earl Gray to diverse varieties such as Rooibos vanilla. Two fresh juices, as well as milk and a plant-based alternative complete the range of drinks.
The BrennBar restaurant
The Restaurant BrennBar is our family-run restaurant in the Brenner Hotel. We look forward to welcoming all guests from Bielefeld, hotel guests and everyone else for dinner and breakfast. Whether with friends, family, business partners, your partner, we offer everyone a suitable ambience with our hospitable manner!
In summer we cordially invite you to our new beer garden. With the rustic ambience, cozy lighting and atmospheric music, we invite you to linger. If the trees don't provide enough shade on hot days, we have prepared our covered terrace for you! Delicious sundaes and a cool beer do the rest!
